St. Bernard Families,
I want to start off by saying thank you. Thank you to our students for their patience and perseverance. Thank you to our parents and grandparents for picking up where they are needed when it comes to the homework that teachers have given over the last month.Thank you to the teachers for caring so much and for learning more than you ever thought was possible about virtual learning and finally, thank you to the parish for your continued support. We have one mission, to educate Blazers that will bring the light of Christ to the world, Step up Stand out.
Grading - The teachers and I have discussed our grading options for this quarter. Grades for 4th - 8th grade will remain the same. For K-2 we may use the O - Outstanding, S - Satisfactory and I incomplete for the scale. Incompletes will have to be made up during the summer.
Registration - We need to plan for the next year. We have registration forms from most of our families. Please mail your registration in if you have yet to do so. If you need a form, please contact Mrs. Obringer.
YearBook - If you purchased a yearbook it will be available on May 4th.

Plan for the Rest of the Year -
We will continue to teach virtually for the rest of the school year. We will continue with the schedules below and will be available for questions during the school day, but please be aware it is difficult to answer questions and teach at the same time. The schedules below are for each class of students. Thank you for being patient with this process.
Assignment grades will begin to be loaded on OptionC. We were waiting to make a final decision about grading before we went forward. When learning virtually it is very important to have all your materials at hand and to hand in assignments on time.
Google Classroom has been a wonderful way to keep in contact with all of our students. Each teacher has at least one classroom.
Homeroom teachers 2-8 have one main classroom
There are classrooms for Music, Art and Religion.
There is also a classroom for the school as a whole St. Bernard School.
K-1 will have a Tinkercad classroom.
Here are a couple of videos that should help you to login and see what your child has been doing and needs to do. If you still have questions, please contact me.
Please make sure your child has accepted the invitations to all of their classes. There are invitations pending in music and in art that need to be accepted inorder to hand in assignments and communicate with the teacher.
